About these Terms

Play Quiz is a quiz and learning game run by Play Quiz. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the website or the app. By creating an account, you accept them.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these Terms for you.

Fair play

Play fair: no cheating, bots, scripts, exploiting bugs, using several accounts to gain an advantage, or looking up answers in ranked play. Be kind in chat, groups and posts: no harassment, hate, spam or illegal content.

We may remove content, reset what was gained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Coins, items and other virtual goods

Coins, valors, fragments, chests, speedups, hero items, runes, cosmetics and every other virtual good on the site are a personal, limited right to use them in the game. They are not money, have no value outside the game, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game (swapping items on the in-game exchange is allowed).

To keep the game balanced we may change what virtual goods do, cost or give, as games do.

What you create

You keep the rights to the quizzes, questions, posts and messages you create. You let us show, store and adapt them on Play Quiz for as long as they are there. Only post what you have the right to post.

The service

We work to keep Play Quiz running and correct, but it is offered as it is: it may be down at times, change, or contain mistakes. Quiz answers and articles are for learning and fun, not professional advice.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can stop using Play Quiz and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We tell you about important changes on the site before they apply; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where Play Quiz is run. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there.

Please write to us first: most problems are solved quickly that way. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
